Grooming Salon Policies

  • Appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis.
  • Being on time is very important, please call us if you are running late.
  • We require all pets to be current on rabies vaccinations prior to appointment.
  • Late pick-up may result in a $50 boarding charge.

No Show Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up that are out of control, however, we request that any schedule changes happen at least 24 hours before your appointment. Continued missed appointments may result in enforcement of a required deposit to keep an appointment time.
